You can mail or drop the donation off at the following location: 1461 Lake Breeze Road Sheffield, Ohio 44054 Medical Supplies – Volunteer Services will accept diabetic supplies that have not been opened; includes insulin, syringes, blood testing supplies, etc. Contact us to arrange a pick-up or drop-off time. Time – We are always looking for people to donate their time to help us with our events and activities.
